The VIP Day is offered in two formats: a focused 4-hour session or a deep-dive 6-hour intensive. Both formats include short breaks, a 60-minute pre-VIP strategy call to prepare, and either a 30-minute follow-up or 7 days of email support to ensure your success after the session.

The Breakthrough VIP Day is designed for action-takers who are ready to implement. You’ll complete a short pre-session questionnaire so we can maximize your results. During the session, you’ll work collaboratively with me to design solutions you can apply immediately.

4. What is your refund policy?

Because this is a customized one-on-one experience, all sales are final. If you need to reschedule, you can do so once with at least 72 hours’ notice. We’re confident in the value and transformation the VIP Day provides.

5. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. You can secure your VIP Day with a two-payment plan — one payment to reserve your date and the remaining balance due before your session begins. This flexible option helps you take fast action while managing your cash flow.

Afterward, you’ll receive post-session support through a follow-up call or email access to ensure your plan stays on track.

9. Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

Yes — you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire to clarify your goals, background, and key challenges. This preparation allows us to maximize your time together so we can dive straight into solutions.

10. What if I can’t finish everything in one day?

Most sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom for convenience and flexibility. However, in-person sessions can be arranged upon request for select clients.

12. What tools or materials will I receive?

You’ll receive any tools, templates, draft materials, or strategy documents we create during the day, along with your personalized 90-Day Action Plan and next steps guide.

13. What if I need to reschedule my VIP Day?

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. You may move your session one time without penalty. After that, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Due to the digital nature and high-touch support of the Accelerator, all sales are final. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, we allow one deferral to a future cohort.
